Definition of “BUYER”
Buyers are professional organizers of group travel, more precisely: receptive agencies, tour operators, travel agencies, and motorcoach operators.
A predetermined appointment schedule of up to 95 slots. Appointment sessions will begin on Monday morning, October 30 and end on Wednesday, November 1st at noon. Each appointment has a duration of 10 minutes.
DELEGATE ACCESS | $299 CAD* + applicable taxes
- Dedicated booth on the marketplace floor for appointments
- Schedule including 5 appointment sessions with flexible breaks
- Meals: breakfasts and lunches on October 30-31 and November 1st, 2023
- Animated cocktails : On October 29 and 30, a great opportunity to strengthen business ties with your clients
- Accommodation: preferential rate in one of the event’s official hotels
- Full profile of your company displayed on the appointment request platform
- Dynamic presentations from several tourist regions.
- Activity for new delegates, on October 29: offered exclusively to new buyer and seller participants.
The registration of a second delegate with appointments from the same company is subject to the approval of Bienvenue Québec.

The accompanying delegate shares the main delegate’s appointment schedule. Appointment sessions will begin on Monday morning, October 30 and end on Wednesday, November 1st at noon. The accompanying delegate must be added via the delegate registration.

All requests to register for the event are subject to the approval of Bienvenue Québec.
A non-refundable administration fee of 3% will be added to the registration fee of the chosen registration.
