The refund program is offered only to buyers.

The buyer is eligible for a refund, for the primary delegate, of the registration fee of $329 CAD (+ applicable taxes) according to the following conditions:

• Bienvenue Québec previously authorized registration.
• The registration fees were paid at the time of registration.
• The buyer’s profile was updated on the platform before appointments selection.
• The delegate commits to attend a minimum of 50 scheduled appointments.
• Buyers who arrive late, leave early or do not respect their appointment schedule are not eligible for the refund program.

 

Failure to comply with any of these conditions will result in the expulsion of the buyer from the program expels the buyer from the program.
Additionally, this program cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.

REFUND: If the conditions mentioned above are fully met, the registration fee of $329 CAD (+ applicable taxes) will be automatically refunded within 60 days following the end of the event. Please note that the refund will be processed automatically to the credit card used for the registration payment.
