A company that has never participated in Bienvenue Québec or has not participated in the event for more than 7 years is eligible for the New Buyers Privileges.

The buyer is eligible for a refund, for the main delegate, of the registration fee of Can$199 (+ applicable taxes) in addition to accommodation on for the nights of October 23, 24, 25 and 26, 2022 under the following conditions:

• Registration has been previously authorized by Bienvenue Québec.
• The registration fees have been paid at the time of registration.
• The buyer’s profile has been updated on the platform prior to the start of the appointment request selection.
• The delegate agrees to make a minimum of 50 scheduled appointments.
• Buyers who arrive late or leave early or who do not respect their appointment schedule are not eligible for the New Buyers Privilege program.

Failure to comply with one of these conditions expels the buyer from the program.
This program cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.

REFUND : If the above conditions are fully met, the registration fee of Can$199 will be automatically refunded within 60 days of the event.
